IN STORE purchase.

We accept returns with 7 days of purchase for exchange or credit note provided proof of purchase is presented [if requested], clothes have been unworn, original tags are attached.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or unless in accordance with Fair Trade. 


ONLINE store purchase.

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of any item purchased from the bounce ONLINE store provided our online returns procedures & criteria are met:


  • Full price items may be returned for refund or exchange.
  • Sale items may be exchanged or credit issued unless faulty or not as described.
  • Items must be returned new, unused and with all bounce garment tags attached or will be returned to sender.
  • Returned garments which are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted by Bounce Sydney Pty Ltd and returned to sender.
  • For faulty or incorrect items, Bounce will happily pay the postage costs for dispatch of the replacement.


Bounce reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny return or exchange of goods if we see them to be damaged or not returned to us in resalable condition. To avoid this, please remove jewellery before trying garments on and leave all swing tags and accessories attached until you are happy with your purchase. To return an item, follow these steps:


  1. Email the online team at for a Return Authorisation number (RA number). Please ensure that you include the Order Number that you received in your original order confirmation.
  2. Write the RA number that we send to you on the Return Form (included with your delivery) and tick either the 'refund' (if applicable) or 'credit note' box.
  3. Enclose the completed Return Form along with the item(s) and send to the following address:

  4. We recommend you use trackable, registered or insured post or courier as Bounce Sydney Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for loss of items being returned.
  5. Once items have been received by us, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed and for either a refund to be credited to your account or a Credit Note to be emailed to you.


Please note: Bounce stores cannot process refunds in-store for purchases made online - we can only issue a Credit Note.
