1. Acceptance

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("T & Cs") govern your access and use of our website (located at and ancillary services which include the ordering, purchase and delivery of products (when and if these services are available) from our website (the “Website”).

1.2. These T&Cs are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, and any additional T&Cs expressly noted by us, where relevant.

1.3. Bounce Sydney reserves the right to amend the T&Cs at any time and without notice to you. Bounce Sydney may change the T&Cs from time to time, and your continued use of the Website after any amendment constitutes an agreement by you to abide, and be bound by, the T&Cs, as amended. You may access the most recent version of our T&Cs through the link provided on our Website.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1. Prices of products, as well as delivery and any other charges displayed on our Website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. All pricing on our Website is available online only, and is not transferable in-store, or vice versa, on occasion where pricing differs between the two.

2.2. Full payment for your purchase is required at the time of placing your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process.

2.3. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX). You must comply with the applicable T&Cs of these providers. We reserve the right to vary our accepted payment methods at any time without notice.

2.4. All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise selected. A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 We offer refunds on all full priced purchases up to 7 days after receipt of goods. Items must be returned new, unused and with all bounce garment tags attached. Returned garments which are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted by Bounce Sydney Pty Ltd.

3.2 To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Email the online team at for a Return Authorisation number (RA number). Please ensure that you include the Order Number that you recieved in your original order confirmation.
  2. Write the RA number that we send to you on the Return Form (included with your delivery) and tick either the ‘credit note’ or ‘refund’ box.
  3. Post this Return Form along with the item(s) to the following address. (We recommend you send returns via registered post or express post as Bounce Sydney Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for loss of items being returned.)

  4. Once items have been received by us, please allow 3 business days for the return to be processed and 3 business days for either a refund to be credited to your account or a Credit Note to be emailed to you.

3.3 Please note: Bounce stores cannot process refunds in-store for purchases made online – we can only issue a Credit Note.

4. Sales & Discounted Items

4.1. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds on any discounted products, including sale products or products discounted through marketing and promotions. Subject to obligations under consumer law, sale items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. All sales are final.

4.2. Only one discount code can be used at any one time and are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

5. Faulty, Lost or Damaged Items

5.1. Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded and Bounce Sydney will pay the postage costs for replacement items. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged.Please note items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Bounce Sydney reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny a refund if the garments are in saleable condition. To avoid damage to garments, please remove jewellery before trying on garments and leave all tags and accessories attached until you are happy with your purchase. 5.2. If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate the circumstances.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. Bounce Sydney does not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products or on any information provided on the Website.

6.2. Most bounce garments are pre-washed or dyed and any irregularities in colour or texture are intentional. Please follow the care label instructions to give your garment the best possible care.
